You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter contracts, and reside in South Africa to use AmaTradie.co.za.
Users must register an account, provide truthful information, and are responsible for account security. We may suspend accounts for violations.
Sellers are responsible for their listings. Listings must comply with South African law and may be removed at our discretion.
We facilitate peer-to-peer transactions but are not party to sales contracts. Users manage their own terms and disputes.
We may charge fees, which will be disclosed clearly. Fees are subject to change with notice.
Service providers must comply with regulations. Buyers should verify credentials. We are not liable for service quality.
Users grant us a license to display content for platform use. Unauthorized use of our branding is prohibited.
We may update, suspend, or modify the platform at any time. No guarantee of uninterrupted access is provided.
We are not liable for user conduct, quality of goods/services, or damages arising from transactions.
You agree to indemnify us against claims resulting from your use of the platform or violations of these Terms.
You may terminate your account anytime. We may suspend access without notice for violations.
Disputes should first be resolved informally. If unresolved, mediation under South African law applies. Courts may be approached if necessary.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
